Orders and payment

Product information, the total price and delivery charge are shown before payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, pricing or product information contains a genuine error.

Products

Screen colours and handmade or printed finishes may vary slightly. Select the correct size, colour and personalisation before paying.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery estimates and cancellation information appear on our Delivery and Returns pages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
