Changing your mind

For eligible standard goods, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then normally have 14 further days to return the item. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions

Personalised or made-to-your-specification products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. Digital downloads supplied immediately cannot normally be cancelled after you expressly agree to begin the download and acknowledge the loss of the cancellation right.

Faulty or incorrect products

Contact us with your order number and photographs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return address

The return address will be supplied after your return request is approved. Do not send an item without contacting us first.
